If you want to install docker on Oracle Linux 8.x you need to execute these commands:

# dnf install -y dnf-utils zip unzip

# dnf remove runc -y

# dnf config-manager --add-
repo=https://download.docker.com/linux/centos/docker-ce.repo

# dnf install -y docker-ce --nobest

# systemctl enable docker.service

# systemctl start docker.service
