As it took me a few hours to find a solution, I’ll post it if someone is going to go through this road again. HyperV on a Broadcom card, the stand has pings to another host <1ms, virtual machines after 200ms. I was sure that something was filtering my traffic and it turned out that Broadcom can’t quite handle virtual machine queue management. Must be disabled in the VMQ NIC options and in the VM.
